We have availability of a studio apartment in the prestigous Piazza di Spagna (Spanish Steps) area, the heart of the historical centre of Rome.

Our Studio appartment is situated in an attractive building built in 1826, in a very characteristic cobbled street..

We offer a small studio appartment with a wonderful terrace, garden area which is filled with citrus trees and plants wich create a mediterranean feel. A terrace to relax on at the end of a day and enjoy a glass of italian wine.

The studio offers a small double bedroom which faces the quiet terrace and a small living area with a pullout sofa which comfortably sleeps 2 persons, therefore offering the total capacity of 4 persons. Also a small well equipped kitchen is offered with small bathroom.

We have all supplied, ie fresh linen, cooking utensils, iron etc. as you would expect to find at home.

If you arrive at one of Rome airports, you will first have to find your way to the Rome central railway station, called Termini.
There is a direct train from Fiumicino/Leonardo Da Vinci airport, and from Ciampino Airport take the bus to Anagnina, then the undergrounnd to Termini.
At the Termini Station take line A of the underground to "Spagna".
When you exit from the underground, go straight and keep to your right, and enter Via Babuino.
"enter Via Babuino, direction Piazza del Popolo." Take a left after about 100 meters into Via Laurina, where you will find us at nr. 25 on the left side of the street.
